Frank Polek

I am attorney Frank Polek. I have been practicing law for 30 years and have extensive trial experience. I represent clients in civil litigation, particularly matters involving business disputes, civil litigation, consumer rights, real estate disputes, personal injury matters, and employment disputes, including wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, sexual racial harassment.

In the courtroom, I am aggressive, a bulldog of a lawyer. I have used my trial skills to represent large corporations, family businesses and individuals. My reputation as a tenacious, strategic litigator means that your case will be taken seriously.

Individualized Service Starts with the First Phone Call

Personal service is not just a concept at Polek Law. I answer my own phone and promptly return calls and emails. I will meet outside the office if that works best for clients. When we discuss your case, I will explain the process until it makes sense. I keep clients well-informed throughout their case.

I am an approachable person who makes clients feel at ease. Many former clients have become friends because I came to know them so well. If you have a question, call and we can discuss your options.

My work and professionalism have earned an AV Preeminent* rating from Martindale-Hubbell as well as a perfect 10 rating on Avvo.com.

*AV Preeminent and BV Distinguished are certification marks of Reed Elsevier Properties Inc., used in accordance with the Martindale-Hubbell certification procedures, standards and policies. Martindale-Hubbell is the facilitator of a peer review rating process. Ratings reflect the confidential opinions of members of the bar and the judiciary.
