Transvaginal Mesh

This product is a tightly woven net, and it’s implanted in women primarily for purposes of preventing pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence. They are usually caused by physical changes as a result of pregnancy, having children and menopause. Allegations primarily pivot on injuries to the uterus and other organs, pelvic pain, attachment of the mesh to body tissue and migration of the mesh. Sometimes it’s impossible to remove the mesh. Many cases have already been settled for significant sums, and juries have awarded substantial awards in favor of injured women. Any claims are handled on a contingency fee basis. That means there are no out-of-pocket expenses to retain me to represent you, and I am only paid if I obtain a financial recovery for you.
